If you do not want to submit the form on-line, you may print and fax the same to us at (212)239-8007, email it to us at consult@ilawus.com, send by US mail to our New York address, or call 212-239-8008 and convey the same information by phone and receive further instructions. If you are requesting a consultation in India, you may undertake any of those methods above. You may schedule the date and time of the consultation through the on line calendar, or any other method such as email or fax, specified above. Please be advised that all information pertaining to your consultation, and contained in the form, will be kept confidential. Furthermore, please also be advised that information transmitted electronically is done so via a secured server. If you require a same day appointment, please call our office to determine if the consultation will be possible.

Payment is possible by check or credit card (Mastercard, Visa, Discover, or American Express). You may make a payment either through our website which is linked to Paypal, or by mailing a check to our office. Please be advised that payment must be made, and/or received, at the time an appointment is scheduled.
