| Schedule a Consultation |
| For those who are not M&S clients, but wish to have an in
depth and lengthy discussion related to advice/strategy or other,
M&S provides consultations through a variety of methods, on
weekdays and weekends, and during peak and non-peak hours. In
addition to meeting in person, or speaking by telephone, M&S
also offers web and wireless audio, video and/or text based
technology to bridge barriers of time and space, and thereby
impart strategy and information that is complete and comprehensive,
in a personalized manner.
Our guidelines for consultations are as follows:
- To consult with an attorney, our consultation fee is
$175 USD for 30 or less minutes of time. In most cases,
30 minutes is more than adequate. If we are retained to
handle any matter on your behalf within 15 days of the consultation,
the consultation fee will be applied toward the corresponding
legal fee. For those people who wish to have a consultation,
and are outside of the US, our rates vary according to the
particular country in which you reside. We will convey the
applicable consultation rate, and the appropriate contact
information for any meeting, after completion of the form
below. After you submit the form, we will contact you with
the applicable rate, and schedule the appointment.
- To schedule a consultation, you may contact any of our
offices by telephone, email or by completing and submitting
the form below. Consultations can occur through the following
mediums:
- Voice – telephone, mobile phone.
- Virtual – (audio and
video options available) on-line chat, instant messenger
or other net meeting (including voice and web-cam with
either option if possible), net or web phone, sms or
email.
- For up to 30 days after the initial consultation, we
will answer any additional questions related to the matter
discussed, via email (consult@ilawus.com),
at no additional charge.
