Publication of Regulation Increasing H-1B Cap Expected Very Soon

The regulation increasing the cap by 20,000 for FY2005 should be published in the Federal Register within days. The regulation was cleared by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB).

We do not know if the regulation will allow all eligible H-1B applicants to file, or just those with advanced degrees.
