Visa Retrogression in EB3 Other Worker Category

Visa availability for those who were filed as unskilled labor in the "other workers" classification of the EB3 category, may soon completely diminish and retrogress.

The "other workers" category IS NOT the category under which EB3 skilled/professional workers are filed (although this category previously retrogressed). Rather, it is a subsection of EB3 which is separate and distinct.
