Associate Director Yates of USCIS Has Indicated That the Increased Cap Will Be Open to All Eligible H-1B Applicants

On Monday in New York, USCIS Associate Director Yates indicated that the increased cap of 20,000 will be open to all eligible H-1B applicants. Because USCIS continues to give mixed signals on this, we will keep you updated.
