Revised Information on 20,000 Additional H-1Bs

It now appears that the notice in the Federal Register that will allow filing of an additional 20,000 H1B petitions for this fiscal year, will not be published until next week at some point. Therefore, filings under this increased cap cannot take place until thereafter.
