USCIS Halts Filing of H-1B Cases Under the Increased Cap

The United States Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS) has halted filing of H-1B cases under the increased cap for advanced degree holders.

USCIS has indicated that these cases should not be filed on March 8, as it had originally instructed. Cases under this increased cap should not be filed until USCIS issues further guidance. Premature filings will be rejected.
