Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Approves Issuance of Two Year Employment Authorization Document (EAD)

OMB has cleared the way for the interim final rule allowing USCIS to issue two year EADs in adjustment of status cases (I-485). The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) should be executing a regulation to effectuate this rule in the near future. We will provide additional information as it becomes available.
