M&S Will Offer Clients Same Day Processing of H-1B Cap Cases as Well as Other Benefits*******USCIS Will Accept FY09 H-1B Lottery For the First 5 Days of April

1. THE BENEFITS THAT OUR FIRM CAN OFFER......

- Our firm, Madan & Saigal, LLC (M&S) will be processing H-1B cap cases same day from now until the cap is completely used. We accept documents electronically via ftp, email or via fax or courier to expedite processing.

- M&S will be offering competitive all inclusive rates, as well as credits on cases that do not get accepted under the lottery, and several free cases to volume based users.

- M&S will also offer your company on an on going basis, continued counsel on various issues including alternate visa classifications, immigration related compliance including public inspection file information and H-1B dependency and HR regulations, including visits by an attorney on our staff for in person counsel and site audits of your immigration system and file maintenance.

2. USCIS NEWS

a. USCIS has published a rule today that WILL ALLOW FY09 CAP FILINGS FOR THE FIRST FIVE DAYS OF APRIL. IF ANY OF THE CAPS (REGULAR OR U.S.MASTERS) ARE REACHED DURING THIS TIME, A RANDOM SELECTION LOTTERY PROCESS WILL BE APPLIED TO ALL OF THE CAP CASES RECEIVED DURING THAT PERIOD. For any cap not reached, USCIS will continue to accept cases toward the same.


b. USCIS has published a rule that prohibits employers from filing multiple H-1B petitions for the same person. The filing of any petition for the same person by related but separate employers, such as subsidiary or parent companies, is still allowed. USCIS will deny or revoke multiple petitions filed by any employer who files more than one petition for the same for the same H-1B worker.
