USCIS FILING FEES

Though the latest Memo from USCIS states that 485 can be continued to be filed under old fee structure between July 30th and Aug 17th...they have not yet clarified whether 140's, EAD's and AP's can also be so filed under the old fees if done so after July 27th.

This email is just to give you a heads up...incase they don't allow the aforesaid filings at the old fee then new fees would apply. New fees would be as follows

I-140 $475 EAD $340 AP $305.

AILA is still seeking a clarification from USCIS but we have no idea whether they will respond in a timely fashion or not.

If we get documents in a timely fashion we will seek to ensure those that can be filed, are done so by July 27th under the old fees. Any applications received thereafter may potentially have to pay the higher fees. As and when we have an update from USCIS will keep you notified.
