VISA RETROGRESSION POSSIBLE - AGAIN

We have news that the July Visa Bulletin MAY be revised immediately and that retrogression is expected in many of the categories that were specified as being current in the last publication of the July bulletin. Some of the categories may be completely unavailable. It appears that USCIS processed a significant number of cases in the past month when dates became current, so much so, that most of the visas may have been used. It is therefore advisable to get us your information no later than Monday so that we may attempt to submit your case.
