H-1B Cap Usage - FY2007

USCIS has released statistics on H-1B usage for Fiscal Year (FY) 2007. As of April 24, 12,713 cases had been counted against the 58,200 the H-1B cap (approximately 6800 of the 65,000 cap are allocated to Singapore and Chili under the US/Chile and US/Singapore Free Trade Agreements).

2,358 cases have been counted against the advanced degree quota of 20,000.
