FY07 H-1B Cap Statistics

FY 2007 H-1B cases: 1,631 cases have been counted against the 61,000+ regular FY07 H-1B cap. 76 have been approved and 1,555 are pending.

FY 2007 H-1B Advanced Degree Exemption: 340 cases have been counted against the 20,000 cap exemption for FY07. 9 have been approved and 331 are pending.
