FY06 Advanced Degree Cap is Almost Completely Used

USCIS announced that as of January 3, 2006, it had received 19,047 H-1B petitions against the 20,000 annual cap for advanced degree holders from US institutions of higher education.

We expect this cap to be completely used immediately.
