Guest Worker Visa Including for Applicants Who Are Out of Status Likely to be Part of Immigration Reform Bill

The US Senate and House have been consulting in committee about provisions of an Immigration Reform Bill. It appears from these discussions, that relief in the form of a guest worker visa for undocumented workers, will be a part of the bill. The legislation is likely to be passed in the coming weeks.
