Numbers Still Left Under FY2005 and 2006 Advanced Degree Caps

There are 20,000 visas allotted under each of these caps. USCIS has indicated that approximately 13,000 visas have been counted against the FY 2005 Advanced Degree Cap which ends on September 30, 2005, and approximately 12,000 against the FY 2006 cap which ends on September 30, 2006.
