McCain and Kennedy to Offer Immigration Bill That Includes a Guest Worker Program

Senators Kennedy and McCain will soon introduce a bill that will contain provisions to create a guest worker program that includes those people who may be out of status in the US. An additional provision would expedite the processing of backlogged immigrant and nonimmigrant visa petitions.
