A Possibility That There May Be More Visa Retrogression

The US Department of State (DOS) in its Visa Bulletin for July of 2005 contains indicatings of future visa retrogression for employment based (EB) categories. This may occur as early as October of 2005. However, this forecast does not include the 50,000 additional visa numbers for those in schedule A categories, and therefore, the time table and any predicted retrogression at all is subject to change.
