M&S Founders
Neal Madan
Neal Madan is one of the founders of Madan & Saigal, LLC. In
this capacity, he oversees and manages the operations of M&S’s
domestic and international law and business practice. Neal
represents multinational corporations in various matters including
foreign and domestic venture establishment, trade, intellectual
property and cross border collaboration. He also devises strategy
for the transfer of personnel to and from the US, and assists
with employment and labor compliance issues.
Neal serves on the board of advisors for various corporations,
and also leads M&S's pro bono legal division which tenders
legal services to need-based organizations including schools
and charities.
Neal was awarded his Juris Doctor degree from The University
of Detroit's Mercy School of Law.
Suishta Saigal
Suishta Saigal is one of the founders and partner of Madan & Saigal, LLC (also known as ILA). Suishta
oversees the operations of M&S’s US offices, and its
attorneys. In addition, Suishta represents multinational corporations
in matters related to temporary and permanent immigration,
as well as public inspection and related compliance requirements
as mandated by the US Department of Labor and Citizenship
and Immigration Services. She frequently delivers presentations
about various business immigration matters to employers and
employees in various sectors including telecommunications,
information technology, and healthcare.
Suishta holds a Bachelor's Degree in Law from Delhi University,
and a Master's Degree in Law from Cornell University.
